You will receive notification within two to three weeks of your submission, and an invoice will be sent under separate cover. We regret that we cannot provide electronic versions of the images or figures that you request. Please read the following guidelines for electronic rights permission for materials copyrighted by Jones and Bartlett Publishers. Jones and Bartlett Publishers abides by this policy when considering permission requests to use material online.

Online Request Policy
Jones and Bartlett will consider requests to reproduce Jones and Bartlett copyrighted material online if the requests meet the following criteria:

• 1. The website on which the material will be posted is password protected
• 2. The website on which the material will be posted has limited, restricted access
• 3. The material will be posted only for a set period of time as specified on the request form

Only those requests submitted using the Jones and Bartlett Online Request Form will be considered. To request permission, download and complete our Online Request Form, and fax the form to Michelle May, Permissions Coordinator, at 978 443 8000. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the material you are requesting has not been referenced to another source. Electronic versions of images will not be provided.
