Jones and Bartlett Publishers recently acquired Tarascon Publishing and we endeavored to meet the familiar November 1st publishing date that loyal Tarascon customers have come to appreciate and expect. However, in our quest to meet this ambitious publishing schedule, we negatively affected the quality and utility of this edition, which we deeply regret.

We are committed to our Tarascon customers and have responded to your concerns by taking the steps of reviewing, correcting, and reprinting the 2009 edition and offering replacement copies, free of charge, to any customer who purchased this edition between 10/23/08 and 1/25/09.

• If you purchased your copy directly from either Jones and Bartlett or Tarascon, then you will automatically receive a replacement copy plus a special offer coupon in the mail after 2/13/2009.
  
• If you purchased your copy through a bookstore or other retailer, then you can request a replacement copy by mailing your current edition to our returns department at the address below. In your return, please include your name and mailing address along with the book.
