I am thrilled with your new text.  I am especially pleased with the brand new chapters on health literacy, adherence, multiculturalism, and obesity.  These are very timely and are just not to be found in other current texts on case management. The book is very comprehensive and examines case management across the health continuum and in different practice areas i.e. community health.
