Catherine M. Mullahy, RN, BS, CRRN, CCM is a nationally-recognized leader in advancing “Best in Class” case management. A consummate professional, she is the recipient of many awards recognizing her considerable contributions to the field of case management.  In her multiple positions as an officer, board member, task force member and executive committee member for leading professional associations (CMSA, CCMC), she has played a vital role in shaping key initiatives to raise the standards of the case management profession.  A former editor of The Case Manager, she continues to be a prominent contributor to other leading professional publications and books. Currently in high demand on the national speaker circuit, Mullahy is actively sharing many of the ideas and principles put forth in this latest edition of The Case Manager’s Handbook.
