Manoj Sharma, MBBS, CHES, PhD - University of Cincinnati
Manoj Sharma, MBBS, CHES, PhD, is a faculty member in the Department of Health Promotion and Health Education at the University of Cincinnati. Initially trained as a physician, Sharma has also completed his doctorate in Preventive Medicine/Public Health from The Ohio State University. He has worked in community health for more than 25 years at the local, state, national, and international level. Dr. Sharma's research interests are in designing and evaluating theory-based health education and health promotion programs, alternative and complementary systems of health, and community-based participatory research.
Ashutosh Atri, MD, MS
Ashutosh Atri, MD, MS is a third year resident in the department of psychiatry & behavioral sciences at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center. He has completed post graduate training in health education and health promotion from the University of Cincinnati. He has worked as a physician at SS Medical College, Rewa, India and MGM Medical College, Indore, India. His research interests are in the field of international health, psychoeducation, mental health and designing health education interventions for the mentally ill.
