Robert D. Lee Jr., PhD - Penn State University, Pennsylvania

Robert D. Lee, Jr. earned his Ph.D. at the Maxwell School, Syracuse University. He has been involved with state and local government budgeting since 1968, when he was part of a team that redesigned the Pennsylvania State government budgeting system. He currently is associate director of the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Recreation Management at The Pennsylvania State University.
