EMT-Basic

This is the entry level course to Emergency Medical Service (EMS) profession.  Areas to be included are: EMT roles and responsibilities, patient assessment, medical emergencies, IV maintenance, and telecommunications.  Practical labs will be conducted.  Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be eligible to to take the State Basic EMT Licensure Examination.
