Jeanne Held-Warmkessel is a well-known oncology nursing author and editor. In addition to writing and editing this and other prostrate cancer texts, she has written numerous articles on prostrate cancer and its treatment for both oncology nurses and general nurses. She has also presented topics on prostrate cancer at national meetings and at local meetings around the country. She has been an oncology clinical nurse specialist for 20 years and a nurse for 30 years.
