Katherine A. Henry, MD, is the Chief of Neurology at Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City and Associate Professor of Neurology at New York University School of Medicine. She is also Senior Assistant Dean for Affiliations at the medical school. She is board certified in neurology and psychiatry and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, and member of the American Headache Association. Dr. Henry received her MD degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine where she also did her neurology residency. Prior to medical school, Dr. Henry attended Teachers College, Columbia University, where she earned a Masters of Arts in Psychological Counseling and a Masters of Education in Psychological Counseling and Rehabilitation.  Subsequent to graduate school, she worked at Bellevue Hospital as a counselor and had a private psychotherapy practice. Following medical school and residency, she returned to Bellevue Hospital to work as a neurologist. She now directs the Headache Clinic at Bellevue, where she sees patients referred to her by colleagues from throughout the northeast.

Anthony P. Bossis, PhD, is Co-Director of the Pain Treatment Center; Chief Psychologist of the Neurology Clinic; and Program Director of Pain Education at Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Anesthesiology at the New York University School of Medicine and a supervisor of psychotherapy and clinical training at Bellevue Hospital–New York University Medical Center. He is Co-Chair of the End of Life Care Committee and serves on the Pain and Bioethics committees at Bellevue Hospital. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management. Dr. Bossis also maintains a private psychotherapy practice in New York City.
