Charles Stewart, MD, FACEP
Charles Stewart, MD, FAECP is an emergency physician and has written extensively on his 25+ year experiences in the field. A graduate of West Point in 1969, Dr. Stewart was a Lt. Colonel in the United States Army, and was the first cadet to be sent to Medical School by the United States Army. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine, has been a former oral examiner for ABEM, and has been an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Rochester. An eclectic taste in reading and a passionate desire to put ink to paper have resulted in a wide variety of published articles and books.
Robert Nixon, EMT-P
Bob Nixon is a paramedic who has been involved in prehospital care for over 30 years. He has taught numerous EMT, paramedic, and continuing education classes throughout the country. Bob has written over 30 articles in professional journals along with 4 textbooks including one on communicable diseases and infection control.
