Julie Phelps Maloy, ARNP, MS, CWOCN

Julie Phelps Maloy has been active in WOC nursing since 1982. She has worked in acute and home care both as an employee and as a consultant. In addition, she has acted in the role of a consultant for wound care with long term care, industry and has done legal chart review. Julie has also been invovled in the education of WOC nurses developing an accredited program and later writing a home study program.
